The main principle of the three head vibration high-energy ball mill is:

Using a vertical eccentric swing shaft, when the motor runs at high speed, the vibration platform swings eccentrically, generating a certain centrifugal force and inertial force in the direction of rotation, driving the three cans on the platform to make three-dimensional movements up and down, left and right, and front and back. The grinding balls inside the cans make corresponding three-dimensional movements, and the high-speed impact of the can wall grinds the sample. Moreover, the heat generation ratio is low, and the grinding energy input is 2-3 times higher than traditional planetary two-dimensional movements.

The sample achieves mechanical alloying in a very short period of time, forming nano ultrafine powders or amorphous materials.
